Ashraf started his legal career with a major litigation law firm in Egypt, and went on to establish his private practice where he managed the firm.
His practice involved reviewing cases, preparing legal briefs and memoranda and submitting written and oral arguments before commercial, civil, criminal and Sharia courts in Egypt.
His practice with the Firm focuses on litigation and arbitration matters. Ashraf appears before the courts in Qatar and prepares and reviews pleadings, legal briefs, memoranda and written reports and statements. He also advises in relation to litigation strategy and represents clients in settlement negotiations and mediation of disputes.
Ashraf has an LLB degree from Cairo University and an LLM degree from Al-Munofia University in Egypt. He is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
Ashraf is fluent in Arabic.
