We have extensive experience of commercial arbitrations, including those involving joint ventures, partnerships, and disputes arising from banking and finance transactions. 2. What are your business hours and location?
Our business hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Sunday through Thursday. We are located at 42 Makram Obaid Street, 6th floor, Nasr City – Cairo, Egypt.
3. How do I become a client of the firm?
The first step is to contact us in order that we may better understand your requirements. You may contact us either by phone at +20 222 755 836 or send an email directly to one of our lawyers using the “Our People” tab in the menu above and below. We will conduct a conflict check to ensure that we do not have a conflict of interest in representing you.
If we are clear of conflicts, we will proceed to discuss your needs. Subsequent to this discussion will we provide you with an anticipated scope of work and an estimate of our fees for advising/representing you.
Once the scope of work and fees have been agreed, we will begin the formal engagement process which starts with us obtaining certain Know Your Client (“KYC”) information from you.
4. What happens if you are conflicted?
If we are conflicted or if your particular matter does not fall within our areas of practice, we will refer you to an associate firm to assist you.
