Nourhan is part of the Dispute Resolution team, mainly Arbitration. She represented clients in many arbitration cases, including cases under the laws of several jurisdictions, including Qatar and Egypt before ICC, CRCICA, as well as Ad hoc arbitrations. she acted as a counsel on an Adhoc case administrated by CRCICA related to a construction dispute with a value more than 104 Million EGP, and a construction case under the Qatari Laws before ICC with a value of claim 39m QR. Further, she acted as a counsel on a construction case under the Qatari laws before ICC with a value of claims USD$50m, a media case under the Qatari laws before ICC with a value of USD$9m, advised on a construction case before LCIA, acted as a counsel on an Adhoc case with a value of claims 2m EGP, and an Adhoc case with a value of claims 52m EGP.

Moreover, Nourhan is also involved in different corporate matters, such as drafting and reviewing different types of contracts and opining on many legal questionnaires as well as contentious and non-contentious advisory work.

Nourhan used to draft research on different legal aspects. These articles were published on the Firm’s website; the first one is “Corona Virus & Unfair Competition” – Al-Feshawy & El-Shazly Law Firm –English– March 2020, and the second one is “Patent and Compulsory License under the Egyptian IP Law” – Al-Feshawy & El-Shazly Law Firm – English– June 2020, and the latest one is “The New DIAC Arbitration Rules” – Al-Feshawy & El-Shazly Law Firm – Arabic – May 2022.

Nourhan holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the School of Law, English Department, Cairo University, and enrolled in the Master in Law and Economics (MLEA), which is a joint program between the Faculty of Economics and Political Science (FEPS), Cairo University and Faculty of Law, Hamburg University.

She is also a member of the Egyptian Bar Association Since 2020.

Nourhan is fluent in Arabic and English.
