Dr. Soliman has been in the legal profession for over 34 years. Prior to joining Al-Feshawy & El-Shazly law firm, Soliman was recently VP Legal with an international petroleum company in Kuwait. Previously, he served as a senior legal consultant in the projects and claimas department of a leading upstream oil and gas governmental corporation in Kuwait. His particular experiences included negotiating upstream, downstream and services agreements, serving as a member of the dispute resolutions committee of the corporation and handling many mega litigation and arbitration matters.

His practice with the firm focuses on hydrocarbon concessions, international contracts and dispute resolution work including international commercial arbitration cases, legal research as well as contentious and non-contentious advisory work.

Soliman holds a Bachelors of Law degree from Ain-Shams University, and is a member of many international law associations.

Soliman is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
